At March Academy, we have an open door policy for teacher-parent communication, which is often facilitated at pick-up and drop-off times. We recognize that student success is based on collaborative parent-teacher interaction.
In addition to frequent, informal meetings, we provide formal anecdotal reports addressing strengths, needs and next steps at the end of each of the three terms. Student-led assessment and reporting allows for further insights and interaction between home and school during the second term.
For general school communication, we also provide families with notices on an as-needed basis.
